Human Responsibility

Organisations and users remain responsible for all operational, governance, legal, financial, environmental, and strategic decisions made using the platform.

Tupuna Pai does not provide legal, financial, environmental, accounting, or professional advice. Outputs should be reviewed by appropriately qualified people where required.

Intellectual Property

Organisations retain ownership of their uploaded information, governance frameworks, operational knowledge, and associated organisational content.

Tupuna Pai, its platform design, workflows, software, methods, and underlying intellectual property remain owned by Tupuna Pai / Next Chapter Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access and Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and authorised platform access.

Users must not share access, misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or attempt to interfere with platform security or operation.

Service Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain platform availability and reliability. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to the Platform

Tupuna Pai may evolve over time, including changes to features, design, workflows, security, and functionality.
